Return & Exchange Policy

At Scent Icon, we are committed to providing our customers with a quality shopping experience. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Returns or Refunds

All purchases made through Scent Icon are final sale. We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.

Once the product has been delivered and accepted by the customer, it cannot be returned for a refund or cash reimbursement.

2. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• The product must be returned with its original packaging and accessories, where applicable.

• Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or are missing their original packaging may not qualify for exchange.

3. Delivery Charges for Exchange

For an approved exchange, the customer will be responsible for both delivery charges:

• Delivery charges for sending the replacement product to the customer.

• Delivery charges for receiving the original product back from the customer.

These charges must be paid by the customer before the exchange is processed.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact Scent Icon as soon as possible after delivery.

We may request photographs or videos of the product and packaging to verify the issue. If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part, Scent Icon will assist with the appropriate exchange.

5. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us through our official customer support/WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

• Order number

• Customer name

• Reason for exchange

• Clear pictures/videos of the product, 

Our team will review the request and confirm whether the product qualifies for an exchange.

6. Important Notice

Scent Icon reserves the right to reject an exchange request if the product does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in this policy.
