Return & Exchange Policy

At Scent Icon, we are committed to delivering premium-quality fragrances with every order. For hygiene and product integrity reasons, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds. If you receive a product that you wish to exchange, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging. Please note that all two-way shipping charges (return and reshipping) are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, the exchange will be processed promptly.
