2. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Full payment must be received before an order is processed and dispatched.

3. Exchange Policy: Scent Icon does not offer returns or refunds on any purchases. However, customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. For approved exchanges, the customer will be responsible for both delivery charges—the cost of returning the original product to Scent Icon and the cost of delivering the replacement product. Exchanges are subject to verification and approval by Scent Icon.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including the Scent Icon name, logo, product images, designs, and marketing materials, is the exclusive property of Scent Icon and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Scent Icon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details before making a purchase.

Customer information is collected solely for order processing, customer support, and business operations. We respect your privacy and do not sell personal information to third parties.
