At Scent Icon, we aim to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every customer. Orders are processed and dispatched as soon as possible, and customers can expect their parcels to be delivered within 2–5 working days after order confirmation. We are currently offering free delivery across Pakistan on all orders. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control. Customers are requested to provide accurate and complete delivery information to avoid any delays or unsuccessful deliveries.
